Furniture needn’t be made of compressed sawdust, as much as we love sawdust.

We believe that the items we fill our home with are an extension of our lives. We expect them to convey our style, to provide us comfort, to be purposeful... these items should come together to create the most familiar space in our lives. 

We build furniture with the idea of doing just that.

Sourcing from a small lumberyard here in Grand Rapids, we find the best hardwood from around Michigan and the Midwest, and cut, plane, shape and smooth it to achieve. Designing with care and intention, building with skill and attention, to create furniture that will last, and be held onto, for a good long time.
